Foodgrade Oil-based rust preventative

This product is a food grade high quality medicinal oil-based rust preventive that forms a thin oily film which provides long term protection to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Foodmax Anti Rust 9 replaces non foodgrade (toxic) corrosion protection products when a non toxic (foodgrade) solution is required.

It is designed for applications where protection is required during indoor storage for periods of four to six months.

Typical applications are:
Protection during storage of cutting discs and knives in for example the food packaging industry
Protection during storage of moulds for plastic injection moulding (food packaging)
Protection of finished machine components prior to packaging.
Inter-operational protection of finished machined or ground metal surfaces

It can be applied by brushing, dipping or spraying at a temperature of 5°C to 30°C.
