Synthetic, emulsifiable, not foaming, biostatic fluid for metalworking

This product is a synthetic soluble oil specially designed for steel and cast grinding and drawing operations with soft waters, whenever a high surface finish is required. It is bacteriostatic. It provides the emulsion with a superior useful life, with the consequent economical saving with respect to the frequent changes needed when using a conventional emulsion. It is a special product to be used with soft waters, whenever a high stirring and important flow should provoke foaming. It contains specific additives, which provide the pieces with a superior finish. Moreover, the product presents the great advantage of being free of compounds and elements harmful to health and environment, such as nitrites, phenols, chlorine, Sulphur, heavy metal, PTBB, mineral biocides, among others.
