Gear teeth suffer a lot due to bad alignment, poor drive quality, influence of operating conditions and adjustment. Most frequent types of damage are: scratches from milling, plastic deformation (hammered surfaces), cracks, pitting . Various ways of treatment are possible such as mechanical repair (long downtime, high cost), using abrasive paste (expensive and high cost as a result of downtime) or using a running-in lubricant (only eliminating slight damage while needing a great amount of lubricant). This product has been specially developed for carrying out quick corrections of gear damage in a safe and economical way and maintains a good lubricating capacity. The best effect will be reached when this product is applied together with Inomax H-00/R.
