Gun-drilling neat cutting oil

This product is a cutting oil with good cooling properties and high film resistance that avoids welding part/tool. It is formulated from paraffinic base stocks with selected additives. This product is an active oil so it cannot be used with copper and its alloys.

The product is suitable for gun drilling for BTA and Ejector machines. Designed for severe machining applications as broaching, gear hobbing, deep drawing, milling and threading. High performance level is achieved with hard steels and stainless steel.
