Machining and broaching neat cutting oil

This product is a mineral oil type active cutting fluid formulated from selected stable additives. The balanced additives (extreme pressure and polar compounds) maximizes performance over the wide range of pressures and temperatures encountered when machining difficult metals and difficult conditions. It provides the essential lubricating properties required to reduce the several loads imparted to the cutting edge, when cutting tough materials. It does not contain chlorine or heavy metals.

It is designed for machining applications as turning, tapping and milling, where the highest quality surface is required. It is specially recommended for broaching and gear hobbing operations. It is suitable also for stamping and drawing ferrous materials and steel alloys.
