Biostatic grinding fluid

This product is a synthetic coolant providing outstanding stability and oil free grinding fluid. The product is formulated from selected materials which do not support sump bacteria, which are the main cause of splitting in conventional soluble oil emulsions, smell problems and corrosion of components and machine tools.

It is a transparent fluid suitable for all types of grinding applications of iron, cast iron and steel and for less arduous machining operations. The fluid will not foam or split even under turbulent conditions and rejects tramp oil. The swarf settling and excellent anti corrosion properties of the product ensure trouble free operation and increased fluid lifetime.
