Paste containing high amounts of solids

This product is an inorganic thickened semi synthetic base lubricating paste with incorporated EP agents. Provides a semi-fatty film which lubricates efficiently and avoids the metal-metal contact even under heavy loads. Until 200 °C the paste acts as a lubricant, above this temperature the semi synthetic base oil will evaporate without leaving a residue, from which the solids take over as a dry lubricant. Also conductive.

Specially formulated for the pre treatment prior high pressure setting of gears, toothed wheels, slide-ways, plane bearings, joints, bolts, threaded connections and valves. Provides life-long lubrication of chain bolts and bearings. Perfectly suitable for lubrication and mounting of elements exposed to the combined action of high temperature and high loads, found in for example annealing ovens, chains, threaded spindles, chain pulleys in electrode ovens, slides etc.
