Paste for metal forming processes

This product is a paste with a specific chlorine free additives package for drawing operations of aluminum, light alloys, alloyed steels and stainless steels.

Can be used neat or mixed with water, depending on the application. Generally, for drawing operations it is advisable to use al 1:10 ratio (product/water). To get a correct dilution it is recommended to stir. When the product is used as a water-paste solution is spraying would be the best way of application. This to warrant a regular coating on the die and the sheet to be drawn. It can be applied as well with brush or roll.
